The Site provides music streaming previews, digital music purchases, event ticketing, merchandise sales, live streaming, and community features. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

3. Accounts & Registration

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Digital Purchases

When you purchase digital music (singles or albums), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download and listen to the content. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform purchased content without written permission from MusixBarn LLC.

5. Ticketing

Event tickets purchased through the Site are subject to the event organizer's terms. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. MusixBarn LLC reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Merchandise

Physical and digital merchandise is subject to availability. Colors and designs may vary slightly from images shown. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Music Previews & Watermarks

Free music previews are provided with a limited play count. After the free play limit is reached, previews may contain audio watermarks. This is standard practice to protect the intellectual property of our artists.

8. Live Streaming & Community

Users participating in live streams and the community agree to behave respectfully. MusixBarn LLC reserves the right to ban users who engage in harassment, spam, hate speech, or otherwise violate community standards without notice or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including music, images, logos, text, and software — is owned by MusixBarn LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

MusixBarn LLC provides the Site "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

At MusixBarn LLC, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

Digital Music (Singles & Albums)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital music sales are final. However, if there is a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file, missing tracks, or incorrect content — we will either send you a new download link via email or provide a fresh download code at no additional charge.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will:

• Send a replacement item, or

• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Please include photos of the defective item and your order details when contacting support.

Event Tickets

Ticket purchases are non-refundable except in the following case:

If an event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund less any payment processing/transfer fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 charged by Stripe). Refunds for canceled events are processed automatically within 5-10 business days.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us for assistance.

Live Streams & Webinars

Paid live stream and webinar tickets are non-refundable once the event has started. If a live stream is canceled before it begins, a full refund (less processing fees) will be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.
